…I never mentioned whatever happened to my beloved Audrey - the 1983 Vespa P200E. I put her up for sale. I gave up on the project itself. It was just too much work and I had no time for it. I put her up for sale on Craigslist, the Vespa Club of Canada and also, the Greater Vancouver Vespa Riders Association. It was sold to a German fellow by the name of Roy, who goes by the username on the GVVR forums as, well, Roy. Audrey was sold in less than a day. Roy came over, took a quick look, and took her away on the back of his Nissan Pathfinder. At least I know Audrey went to a good owner and has a new home rather than sit in the garage collecting dust and rotting away in vain.

Audrey, it was nice having you around. I hope to see you again sometime in the future when you’re restored to your previous glory.
However, in your place, I replaced you with Gloria, another Italian beauty! Dont’ get jealous!

Read this before reading forward!
I’ve begun by purchasing 2 books - The Haynes Vespa P/PX 125, 150 & 200 scooters: 1978 to 2003 Repair Manual and How to Restore & Maintain Your Vespa Motorscooter. I hope that these guides will be able to help me throughout the entire project smoothly as I have to admit, I’m not a mechanic nor will I ever want to be one.
I’ll record my progress regularly and provide photos as such as much as possible. Until next time…
