…I got my Employee Appraisal for the 2006 year. I spent an entire year with Net Ops and it appears that I’ve scored a 98% out of a possible 100 on my scorecard. I thought this was total BS at first but I confirmed with my former never-to-have-met interim manager in Montreal. Not to mention, it appears that I was top of the entire team for all stats. Again, poppycock compared to all three regions. Me? Newbie? Top stats? No way. Something’s wrong.
But hey, stats don’t mean a thing when you’re no longer with the group. Especially if they stuck you at the bottom of the barrel. So what’s the point in doing a good job anyway?
